Project Management Simulation

We partnered with Sheridan to build a workplace simulation for their project management graduate program.

Highlights:

  • Stakeholder messages and dialogue catered to project manager trainees via emails, IMs, web meetings, and on-site meetings:

    • Make decisions based on complex requirements and synthesize information from several sources

    • Message threads and task lists, file attachments, contextual response options, and timed reactions

    • Back-end decision tracking and downloadable thread transcripts

  • Examples include requirements elicitation, role assignment (e.g., RACI matrix via whiteboard), risk tracking, budgeting and reporting, contracting, status tracking, and scheduling

  • Challenge trainees through in-depth coordination and quality control tasks spread across the project management lifecycle

  • Connect for on-site environments and video calls to simulate in-person stakeholder management. Environment examples: event venues, retail outlets, medical and industrial facilities, classrooms, and stakeholder offices.

  • Extensive options for chunking your simulation into modules for various platforms, and user codes can be used to produce unique data sets. Fully portable to immersive virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), Mac, PC, and tablets.

  • Event management, construction and relocation, new product promotion, customer service, process improvement, leadership training, and more.
